WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS COURSE?
This Portable Appliance Testing course (PAT course) is designed for those wishing to tap into this lucrative market as an additional income stream but equally for those businesses that wish to carry out their testing “In-House”.
With this in mind, the course is designed for both electrical and non electrical candidates.



 

WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE THIS COURSE?
A willingness to learn.  There are no specific requirements for candidates wishing to take this course.​



HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?
The duration of the PAT Testing Course is 2 Days.  If you attend this course you will be awarded a LCL Awards Portable Appliance Testing certificate.  There are no legal requirements for PAT Testers to hold UKAS Accredited qualifications for this industry, merely that the tester can show competency.
